Construction of additional Class-room under existing premises under jurisdiction of DDE

The project titled “Construction of Additional Classrooms in Existing Government Schools” was executed under the jurisdiction of the Education Maintenance Division (South), PWD – Govt. of NCT Delhi, with the aim of enhancing educational infrastructure in South East Delhi.

The scope of work included:

• Structural civil construction of new classrooms

• Electrical installations and safety systems

• Plumbing, sanitary fittings, and drainage lines

• Finishing works including flooring, doors, and painting

• Provision for rainwater disposal and site cleaning

This government project was successfully completed by M/s Roshan Real Estates Pvt. Ltd., maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The work was delivered within the stipulated time of 270 days, ensuring that the schools were ready for academic use without delay.
