Guru Gobind Singh hospital, Raghubir Nagar

Roshan Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. was awarded the complete contract for the development and upgradation of the Guru Gobind Singh Government Hospital, located in Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi. The project was executed under the supervision of the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of NCT of Delhi, as part of the government’s initiative to enhance urban healthcare infrastructure and improve public health facilities in the capital.

Inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, this modern hospital project was designed to cater to a high footfall of patients by integrating efficient design, sustainable systems, and advanced civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) components. The project included structural expansion, ward modernization, upgraded sanitation networks, smart internal electrical systems, and HVAC services to ensure year-round comfort and hygiene.

The hospital is equipped with essential public health infrastructure, including new patient blocks, OPD facilities, diagnostic centers, and administrative sections — all developed to support rapid treatment workflows and optimal resource distribution.
